Symmetry Developments have released a couple of new renderings for their Tree House condo project, a collaboration with Fortress Real Developments, Engine Developments.
The Tree House condominium town homes, on Gerrard Street in Toronto’s east end, with avant garde design by 5468796 Architecture. The project is planned as a 44 unit stacked townhome development in the Birch Cliff community in Toronto’s east end Upper Beaches neighbourhood.
The current design calls for single-level, two-storey and three level homes ranging from a one bedroom unit at 690 sf, to a three bedroom plus study at 1,555 sf.
The will appeal to singles looking to stay in the neighbourhood, young families purchasing their first home, or anyone desiring a contemporary design in Toronto’s east end. The location provides convenient access to both public transport (Danforth GO station) and big box shopping.
