125 Greenwich Street is the new 88-story, 912-foot-tall luxury condominium skyscraper with architecture by the world-renowned Rafael Viñoly, designer of 432 Park Avenue. 125 Greenwich Street is located in downtown Manhattan a block away from the Santiago Calatrava-designed Oculus and One World Trade Center.
The critically acclaimed British design duo March & White designed the building’s interiors, and this is the firm’s first large scale residential development in the United States.
The building is developed by Italian company Bizzi & Partners Development, the firm behind major projects around the world including Milanosesto, the largest redevelopment project in Europe, designed by Renzo Piano.
125 Greenwich Street features a 15,000-square-foot, residents-only, private club called The 88 across the top three floors dedicated to lifestyle and wellness amenities with sweeping skyline and water views.
It is the only new condo development to provide amenities on the top three floors of a building.
