Within the Clichy Batignolles masterplan on a very tight site between the dense urban fabric and an expansive park, a mixed- use project of extreme clarity and distinct resolution of detail and materials is created from the very demanding programmatic requirements of the client.
Along the new boulevard a host of large windows on a two storey base building reveal the different activities: housing, education, sport, and commerce.
Above the base, a nine storey building contains different apartment units ranging from studios to four bedroom maisonnettes on the top floors. A shared roof terrace connects the two buildings.
