Ateliers Jean Nouvel was chosen April 24, 2012 for the project “Duo” brought by investors Ivanhoe Cambridge and Hines mastering work.
The project includes the completion of a housing complex for offices, hotels, activities and businesses of 105,250 m2 in total on the lot B3A neighborhood Bruneseau- Massena located within the perimeter of the operation of development “Paris-left Bank”.
The lot B3A, a grip of 8800 m2 is located along eastern Bruneseau- Massena area. It is bordered to the east by the ring road and to the south by rail beam serving the Gare d’Austerlitz.
This project includes two towers: a tower of 180 meters offices, shops and activities on the ground floor and a tower of 120 meters designed to accommodate a hotel and shops and offices.
