The Interactive Complex is a pioneering model for the provision of superior and regional educational, social, economic and community programs in rural areas with emphasis on technology, sustainability, reuse of organic and industrial waste, treatments for agricultural wastes and lifestyle.
The project accommodates a world class of global influencers through interconnected virtual classrooms, meeting areas, waste reuse labs with biodigesters, an auditorium for presentations, a library, complementary services such as a restaurant, cafeterias, covered parks. The project also has the capacity to be totally sustainable.
Bearing in mind that its program is to generate biogas, biofuels, water recycling through the form of its covers, solar energy by means of solar panels strategically located in the passable decks of the project and a total recycling of all the wastes of the building . One of the main attractions are covered by the covers since it is evident to the visitor how the building is self-sufficient generating a theoretical, visual and practical education.
The architecture establishes a new approach to the landscape and nature, tries to compromise with the scale of the landscape creating a form that encompasses the environment and creates ambiguity, since it creates an environment more than a building, generates a variety of environments through its covers and its organic forms adapting to the environment.
The design focuses on architecture and its relationship with nature allowing a different view of architecture and the organic. The landscape becomes the complement of the building, while the program is arranged around it allowing a new reading of the environment built as a new nature.
