Designed by Aedas Interiors, One Avenue Tianyuan Show Flats in Shenzhen, China, represents a new, understated luxury through its haute, unique design with sophisticated details, sense of space as well as delicate lighting and materials.
The design translated the new luxury with elements of Parisian chic, elegance and romance in an European contemporary flair. Clean lines and geometrical spatial arrangement offer flexible yet interlacing spaces to fulfill different needs of users.
With everything specified to the highest standard, the bespoke, comfortable interiors respond to the architecture and magnificent setting of the development to create a hallmark of luxury and unique identity.
A rich palette of materials were selected including artisan metal finishes, lavish fabrics, marble, silk carpet and intricate timber parquet floor to reinforce the exquisiteness.
A wide spread of warm, earth-tone timbers and stones throughout the tower lobby and clubhouse unite the two areas. Walls in the lobby are clad with back-lit wooden slats to accentuate the height and volume of the space.
A delicate reception counter is placed on one side to allow unobstructed view from the entrance.
Water element floats in the air – a contemporary chandelier inspired by the motion and dynamic of water gives a focal point and adds a touch of nature to the design. Source by Aedas.
