Toronto neighbourhood of Yonge and St. Clair marks a significant milestone for the country’s luxury real estate offering. Set on floors 45 to 47, each distinct penthouse spans one-third or one-half of the 16-sided building, bringing a set of completely unique living spaces to the North American market.

One Delisle embraces the neighbourhood’s connection to city and nature, and One Delisle’s treasured proximity to lush ravine landscape. Penthouse’s feature four distinct types of outdoor spaces, including terraces, balconies, and/or winter loggias. Studio Gang drew inspiration for One Delisle’s distinctive outdoor spaces from a German beach chair, known as the Strandkorb.

Considering Toronto’s four-season weather, the outdoor spaces are protected from the elements by the building’s architecture, providing privacy and wind protection and offering panoramic views of the city.
