Est4te Four, the Italian developer, since 2012 has secured three sites in the Red Hook, in past has mainly been an industrial and port area of Brooklyn in New York.

NBBJ is designing the project, which will include 1.1 million square feet of office space within a number of new buildings, plus a waterfront promenade.

The Red Hook Innovation Studios will combine technology, fashion, music, art and design in a campus-like environment that will foster the development of new, cross-industry innovations.

Located on the Red Hook waterfront in Brooklyn, the campus will offer spectacular views while incorporating flood-resilient strategies to minimize storm damage.

The urban campus plan covers five city blocks and features a waterfront promenade, integrated park areas and four new office buildings that will offer tenants a variety of work spaces and amenities.

Open streetscapes will help activate the neighborhood and alternate transit options are being studied to increase accessibility via public transport.
