With the addition of the Art, a 165 room luxury, boutique hotel and the Museum Center Office Project, the entire project will be completed in late 2014.

The newly completed History Colorado Center is a tremendous draw not only for the historical preservation programs but more importantly for the 60,000 square feet of state-of-the-art convention and meeting space the complex offers. This convention facility has much of the same allure as the Art Museum itself. Just north, the newly constructed, state-of-the-art, Ralph Carr Judicial Center houses the Colorado Supreme Court, the Attorney General’s office and the appellate courts making this facility a frequent destination for Colorado’s leading attorneys, business leaders and the highest order of judicial professionals. Just south of the project on Broadway is one of Denver’s most eclectic urban districts with multiple creative disciplines including architecture, media broadcasting, publishing, arts and design, entertainment and multi-class residential development.

Few locations in the City provide a better mix of quick and multi- directional passenger vehicle access with free mass-transit shuttle access via the new Downtown Circulator line connecting this site with all of the CBD and multiple light-rail and regional express bus service routes.
