Langham Hotels & Resorts has agreed to open its first Texas hotel in 2018. The proposed hotel will be at the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road.
The international hotel chain plans to operate a 250-room hotel in a 35-story high-rise that will also include residential units, according to Wade Park builder Thomas Land & Development of Atlanta.
Dallas-based architecture firm 5G Studio Collaborative is designed the modern-looking high-rise at Wade Park, which includes the 250-room hotel that ranges from one- and two-bedroom suites to two 2,906-square-foot presidential suites.
Plans also include more than 25,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, as well as a rooftop pool deck, spa, full-service bar and courtyard lawn for special events. Pedestrian bridge will like the hotel to a planned office tower and the iPic theater. Source via Dallas Business Journal.
