The design of this 40.000m2 project on a green mountain is based on maintaining the slope to have a minimum impact on excavating the terrain, while taking into account the actual vegetation.
Every tree of the 259 trees that is situated inside the plot limits will be replanted inside the complex. All the units have been accommodated on the slope to have the best view on the sea, and each zone that is composed of 8 units has a private pool and gardens.
The hotel’s structure is based on a grid in which the client can modify the function of each space according to the area needed, it can host up to 75 double rooms, which 48 benefits of an outdoor terrace. Source by M.A.A Architect.
