The 60-story Arquitectonica-designed tower’s prime location offers an added layer of amenities in the form of cultural institutions and entertainment venues located right in its front yard – like the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), American Airlines Arena, the Patricia & Philip Frost Museum of Science, and Museum Park.

Jon Paul Pérez, Vice President of The Related Group, spoke to this idea, saying, “We are noticing a shift where buyers want to be part of a community built around a tradition of culture. With venues like the Arsht Center directly across the street, our future residents will be in the very heart of Miami’s thriving arts and entertainment scene.”

Auberge Miami is also poised to become one of Miami’s defining artistic landmarks with the arrival of Awilda, a massive sculpture by Spanish artist Jaume Plensa. Standing tall at 39 feet, Awilda makes its Miami debut after a year and a half as the centerpiece of Chicago’s Millennium Park.

To craft a true urban escape, the development team tapped contemporary design guru Piero Lissoni to create warm and elegant condo units, a residential double height lobby featuring a kinetic sculptural installation by Julio Le Parc, and common spaces on the 12th-floor amenities deck, like the Napa Valley-style wine room.

Swiss import Enzo Enea was commissioned to create lush outdoor spaces, including the landscaped 12th-floor amenity deck, with a heated pool, zen terrace, and private cabanas. New York-based design house Meyer Davis Studio rounds out the creative team with their design concepts for the signature Auberge ground-floor restaurant.

Most notably, the landmark property effectively captures the retreat-style vibe with a sky pool terrace observatory on the 60th floor – the highest in the City of Miami. The Auberge Resorts Collection is a boutique luxury brand with high-end properties in several remote, tranquil locations throughout the globe.

The Related Group’s experience and forward thinking allowed them this opportunity to urbanize an Auberge property, which marks the brand’s second residential-only development on the East Coast after the very successful Auberge Beach Residences & Spa Fort Lauderdale.

The Auberge Residences is comprised of 3 luxury residential condominium towers on the block immediately north of The Arsht Center, Miami’s performing arts center. Museum Park and the American Airlines Arena – home of the NBA’s Miami Heat. Two towers are 60 floors, one is 48 floors, and the 2,678,000 SF (249,000 m2) development includes 1430 residential units, restaurants, retail, spa, resident amenities and parking for 1720 cars.Source by Zakarin Martinez Public Relations.
