Fluidity 2.0

The Fluidity 2.0 High-Rise is a Mega Luxury Hotel and Office Hybrid Tower, created to integrate and complement the Swiss Alps landscape with a new built-organic architecture.

The 250 m tall Tower aims to blend its twirling form and spanning open-air spaces with the surrounding Swiss landscape. The High-rise iconic semi-open levels on the ground floor span over the surrounding nature with the goal to extend the green and fresh environment to the upper levels of the Luxury Hotel and Office.

These first 5 Ground Storeys serve Multi-level public Lobbies: Reception areas; open air Meeting rooms; bars and a library. These public areas are semi-open to the surrounding landscape, framing the Alp’s Mountains with an arching tower façade and spanning over the ground pools and green drop-off areas.

The panoramic lifts are the centerpiece of these 5 open-air floors, connecting all public ground and top level, offering a 360 view from the Tower Core to the Swiss Alps. The Tower is split by 4 main core units, symmetrically disposed and connected by a mega twirling glass façade.

The twisting Façade is supported by a metal space frame structure, arching on each 4 entrances, and subsequently tied to the tower vertical main structure.

The Top of the Tower displays a 3-storey-high sky garden and winter terraces, with colours and flowers flourishing all year around and a 5 star restaurant. Source by Mariana Cabugueira Custodio dos Santos.
