In another property milestone, Park Grove’s development team recently celebrated the top-off of Two Park Grove and the Club Residences. Will Meyer, co-founder of Meyer Davis Studio and interior designer for Park Grove, along with chef Michael Schwartz, added to the excitement as they unveiled the design concept for the development’s restaurant.

The bohemian, rustic neighborhood restaurant will feature an open-air concept allowing guests a clear view into the kitchen with freshly-made food front and center. This familiar design element is iconic to Schwartz’s projects and cultivates energy in the dining room, fostering a feeling of warm hospitality and a sense of comfort.

Beyond using top interior design and culinary talent, Park Grove features architecture by OMA/Rem Koolhaas, the firm’s first residential commercial project to debut in the US. The development also boasts kitchens and baths by William Sofield, world-class art including a Jaume Plensa sculpture, and a two-acre park designed by Enzo Enea.
