Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, LLP (SOM), was commissioned to design the interiors at 570 Broome. Residents and passersby alike will marvel at the building’s entrance; a fully attended lobby with custom ceiling light installation designed by SOM, and a private entry garden with a Japanese maple tree centerpiece will greet those from the moment of arrival.
