Designed by architect Tahir Demircioglu, founder of Builtd, the architecture evokes the character of the former printing district neighborhood through its large framed windows, soaring ceiling heights and a silhouette evocative of staggered cubes.
The 54-unit luxury boutique condominium building will offer one to three bedroom residences with interiors designed by SOM.

The lobby, a standout feature of the building, will feature a captivating, custom light installation by SOM that spans the entire ceiling, and a private entry garden with a Japanese maple tree centerpiece meant to promote serenity. The interior stonework, hand selected by Greek architect Spiros Soulis from the Iktinos Marmaron quarries in Greece, is a timeless material in enduring value, and its qualities are unique only to 570 Broome.
