11 N. Moore lies in a highly visible location literally at the “gateway” to the popular TriBeCa neighborhood. This new 55,000 sq/ft building is directly facing to the south, the Fire department building shot in the movie “Ghostbusters”.

Construction scaffolding has been fully removed from the project, revealing the entirety of the Limestone façade.

This 11 condo building lies just a couple of blocks north of Herzog and De Meuron 56 Leonard, a residential tower under construction that is almost completed.

Designed by Aldo Andreoli of AA Studio in collaboration with MA Architects this 11-story condo-building features 18 residences ranging from three bedrooms up to six bedrooms, with four duplex penthouses on the uppermost floors.

While all penrthouses feature outdoor terraces, the grand penthouse will also feature a swimming pool, an increasing popular amenity for new penthouses. Amenity spaces have been designed by Sawyer/Berson and include the corner lobby and a library, which overlooks a courtyard garden.

Other amenities include a fitness center, private storage, and bicycle/stroller storage. Source by AA Studio.
