The main masterplan concept is symbolised by a hand touching the water, each finger represents a tongue of land reaching towards the river.

Perpendicular to the tongue of land, the buildings directly face the water.

The parking of the total area is solved underground, making the streets between the villa’s lush green and car-free.

On the street side the villas are three floors high, and towards the water-side, the villas are four floors high.
