Once entered, the lightweight and transparent cladding of the gallery is revealed – a moment of surprise that welcomes those to the high quality contemporary buildings beyond.
PegasusLife will also provide an estate-management element to deliver the proposition, including the communal gardens, which will operate in a totally transparent way, with a strictly not-for profit policy.
