Victor Group and Lendlease announced 277 Fifth, a timeless modern glass tower designed by internationally acclaimed architect Rafael Viñoly, has topped out and stands at its full height of 663 feet. Shokai is the preferred equity investor behind the impressive 55-story tower that makes an indelible addition to the skyline of Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood, one of the most popular and sought-after areas for new residential, dining and lifestyle amenities.

The ultra-luxury condominium, with interiors by Jeffrey Beers International, features breathtaking, panoramic views that stretch from the nearby Empire State and Chrysler buildings, all the way to the East and Hudson Rivers, Lower Manhattan, and beyond. Viñoly’s vision for 277 Fifth Avenue, one of the tallest towers in NoMad, leaves a lasting impression on an iconic New York streetscape, at the southeast corner of Fifth Avenue and 30th Street

Features elegant proportions and corner exposures through floor-to-ceiling windows from every residence and a façade composed of high-performance cast panels, custom fabricated in Finland in a bespoke Indigo color. A standout feature of the tower’s design is a quartet of distinguished loggias—sheltered, double-height, open-air spaces for leisure and entertaining. 277 Fifth Avenue features a distinguished collection of 130 one- to four-bedroom residences with closings commencing later this year.

Situated on the tower’s uppermost floors are three penthouses—each with four-bedrooms; ceiling heights in excess of 13 feet; and expansive living, dining, and family rooms with multiple exposures. Jeffrey Beers International designed the tower’s organically-flowing layouts with wide plank American white oak flooring and 277 Fifth Avenue residents will enjoy access to curated amenities including two levels connected by a dramatic, curving staircase.
