The amenities are an extension of the home  and the goal was to create spaces that inspire and connect residents to their neighbors, essentially remaking the feel of an entire neighborhood inside this one building. Each space has a distinctive material palette and design sensibility that compliments your lifestyle, whether you are going for a swim, playing vintage Atari in the game lounger hosting a soiree in one of the penthouse-level lounges.

The grand lobby’s walls are finished with shimmering bronze in a custom cast made by pouring molten metal over crumpled sheets of linen to create a one-of-a-kind organic form. This same process was used to create artist Michele Francois’s bronze sculpture “Instant Gratification,” which hangs behind the concierge desk.
