Waterline Square wins multiple awards from National Association of Home Builders

GID Development Group announced that Waterline Square, the three-tower, luxury residential development located along the Hudson River on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, was recognized by the National Association of Home Builders and the recipient of three awards, including Best High-Rise Apartment Community, Best Property Website and Best Interior Merchandising of a Sales Gallery. The National Association of Home Builders salutes the highest caliber of residential developments throughout the United States.

The development features architecture by Rafael Viñoly Architects, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and Richard Meier & Partners Architects, complemented by interiors spearheaded by world-renowned interior designer Champalimaud Design, famed hospitality firm Yabu Pushelberg and AD100 designer Groves & Co. Acclaimed design firm Eight Inc. is responsible for the award-winning design of the Sales Gallery, while King & Partners designed the development’s celebrated website.
