The Midtown Manhattan luxury tower designed by Foster + Partners, has relaunched as Selene, a fully realized contemporary landmark with sales and marketing now led by Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing recommencing immediately.

With construction now complete, immediate occupancy available, and a suite of newly furnished model residences, Selene offers perfect pied-à-terre residences with sweeping views of New York City. Soaring 63 stories and comprising a collection of 94 bespoke residences, Selene offers a quality of finishes never before seen in new development.

The building’s luminous tower homes, named the Sky Collection, range from expansive, one-bedroom residences to a duplex full-floor penthouse and boast ceilings up to 11 feet in height, elegantly undulating glass walls, and iconic day-to-night vistas that bathe each residence in natural light.

Selene features its very own urban sanctuary, complete with four floors of luxurious wellness and social amenities to expand the boundaries of the residences.

Encompassing the fourth floor, the wellness-focused amenity spaces include a 60-foot sunlit, arbor lined swimming pool, a cardio fitness room, weight room, pilates/ballet room, yoga room, sauna, steam room, spa treatment rooms and his-and-her private changing rooms and showers.

On the third floor, Selene boasts amenities curated for residents’ social life including the stunning Atlas Club & Library furnished by AD100 interior designer William T. Georgis. Georgis also furnished the building’s lobby, which features custom furniture by his design alongside a dramatic fireplace and an art installation by celebrated American artist Rachel Feinstein.
