Each element is portrayed on the central feature by a different Formula-One car, high up on five arms from a white circle, represent a different aspect of Bernie Ecclestone’s career.

“From this circle five arms shoot out – a bit like the sparks flying out of a spinning Catherine Wheel – to which the cars, either upside down or vertical, are attached” says Judah.

The large 114ft (35m) has a total weight of 65 tonnes and is made up of 8 steel box sections. The entire time spent to fabricate and install the sculpture was just 6 weeks.
