Fort Partners announced that construction at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale—the first five-star development coming to Broward County—has now surpassed its halfway mark, putting the development well on its way to approaching the topping off later this year, ahead of its 2021 opening. The construction news is made all the more momentous by the development’s latest sales update, with more than 65 percent of the luxury residences sold. The 22-story hotel and condominium development will include 148 guest rooms and 83 residences ranging in size from one- to four-bedrooms, with each residence offering expansive living spaces, generous private outdoor terraces and unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.
