Strategic Property Partners, the developer behind the Water Street Tampa mixed-use development on Tampa’s waterfront, announces move-ins of its first residents to Asher, the newest collection of rental residences in the 56-acre live-work-play neighborhood.

Through a collaboration with SPP, national hospitality operator Method Co. Method Co., will bring their award-winning hospitality expertise to Asher, where they will service the building’s extensive suite of amenities, including a 24-hour concierge for all residents at Asher.
